I gave one star for the complimentary valet parking! This place is a death sentence. They watched my MoM die a horrible death. Staff didn't see signs of sepsis. Dr. Working the wing last week of her life wasn't interested in her deteriorating body. Had sepsis for WEEK! Day before she died d they moved her to ICU. She was 81 years old a month shy of 82. Northbay needs lessons on Empathy! She was just one patient to you but the WORLD to me Rest Peacefully M❣️M!!

Beware, I was physically asulted by the hospital staff and the emergency room Doctor, these people Stereo type, judge and internationally make you suffer in pain. I have been on high strength pain medication for almost 30 years, prescribed by doctors and they know this and purposely denied any form of relief, hence I had to self medicate and overdosed because of this. I will be posting videos, pictures and names of the people who treated me like garbage now I almost lost my life because of the way I was treated by the Er doctor and staff and I lost the will to live, People please beware you do have rights and they think that they are above God, or better than God, what really bothers me is that they don't care and this kind of treatment has to stop and stop Now!!!

I am going to sue this hospital for medical malpractice. I told the psychiatrist I wasn't mentally ill and they wouldn't listen. I told them I would sue if I wasn't discharged and they sent me to a mental hospital. Good luck in court.

Brought my 4 Month old son to the emergency room and I have been sitting here for more than an hour and have yet to be seen by a doctor. I have asked the staff when I could hope to be seen several times and they just assure me that I am next and they are just waiting for a room to open up. UPDATE - 2 Hours now. Still haven’t been seen, I’m still “next in line” though so that’s reassuring UPDATE - 3 Hours now. People who have arrived after us have been seen and left. Asked for an update again, new lady is on shift at the front desk. She too assured me I am “next in line”. I informed her that I have been told this before and she told me there was nothing she could do. UPDATE - 3 1/2 Hours now. I was going to wait and update this at the 4 hour mark but a frantic woman just came in and asked for a gurney because her 3 year old grandson busted open his head and can’t walk in. Instead of just assisting her and grabbing a gurney the woman stated “Why you need a gurney?”. UPDATE - 3 3/4 Hours now. The woman still doesn’t hasn’t been helped. There are 6 nurses behind the counter doing nothing, the woman stole a gurney and I helped her push him into the hospital. UPDATE - My wife, our 4 month old and I decided to give up at the 4 1/2 hour mark. We just went home and stayed awake with him all night until we could get him seen by his Doctor. He was projectile vomiting so we were concerned that if we went to sleep he could vomit in the middle of the night with no help. The whole experience was ridiculous. I just hope whoever reads this does not go to this hospital themselves. It’s horrible.

I had visited numerous hospitals and based of my experience this is the worst and most unpleasant experience I had throughout my entire life. The moment I entered the place they proof that they show no respect to their patients with the way their employees talk/treat the patients. I had to wait 6 hours for the emergency care department to get my gout treated. I was not able to walk and as an Engineer I needed to be present the next day for my presentation at work. This place clearly has no proper management and their main focus is pure business (they are after the money) because they had me wait till they get a vacant room not treating me right away. I don’t need a room for a gout. Not to mention, the funny Its was not a room, Its a bed middle of the hallway. the doctor was extremely suspicious and was interrogating me if I had broke/injured my foot so she can call the police. She did not believe me when she asked me how I knew that I have a gout in my body and how I got treated before. I answered by having a liquid shot (steroid) and some pills to reduce the inflation. She said that’s a weird way of treatment and she thought I am here to get steroids. She had me do X-rays which is 100% no trust to what I said. You can tell if I have high acids in my body from blood testing which is the most ideal method to indicate gout level in the human body not from X-Rays. Additional proof of their bad management is because while I was waiting in the waiting room an injured person came in while his hand was bleeding and the nurse did not take him until she made him tell her how he got injured. The person was bleeding and instead of treating him they interrogated the person while he was bleeding. They could have done that after they treated the man. What a low place. That is not a hospital. That’s a minor prison. They want any reason to call the cops. They forgot their main duty which is healing the people (human beings) with the best they can. Additional proof of their sole aim after the money is because they charge you before you can see a doctor. Of course its their right but its not the right way. The right way is to receive the service and then get paid for it. Back to my story, After they let me sit in the bed which was middle of the hallway, three doctors on different intervals came to me asking me if I broke my foot or injured it. Why would you treat your patients in such horrible way? I can tell a good doctor from a bad doctor when a doctor with a limited knowledge he/she would make a stupid and illogical comments and that’s what I had experienced yesterday. What a horrible place. If I broke my leg I would come and say I broke my leg. I pray that I do not receive treatment from this place ever again. What a horrible place. I will make no recommendation or referrals for this place. Go get treated from a better place while the doctors are better and respectful with their patients.
