Wait time was shorter than I'm used to. The doctor, nurses and staff are very friendly and accommodating. The only other emergency center I've been to in Columbus was with St. Francis and this has been a much much better experience. I've heard nothing but good things about this hospital. I'm glad I chose to come here.
