I travel frequently as founder and mentor of our non profit christian base outreach second chance employment empowerment program and deal with people nationwide from hotels to restaurants public places parks hospitals etc and I have to say this hospital takes the cake in poor attitudes and not so pleasant personalities among these floor nurses. They respond to a patient like you're ignorant or their child because I assume that's how they speak to their family and act as if you ask them a question you're bothering them. The ER was okay , they acted professional and did all they could to assist but once they moved me to that floor HORRIBLE '!!.. I would mention names but I'm saving them for the complaint I am putting with their administrative office and the hospital hospitality association. Anyhow If you can help it drive a little further and find you a better hospital, if you have to stay for a day or better DO NOT STAY HERE! !!

I was taken here after I fell off of scaffolding onto a concrete floor. They took x-rays and told me I had no broken bones. I came back a few days later because my left wrist hurt so much. The doctor acted like I was bothering him and said again that nothing was broken. I asked if I could have torn ligaments or other damage. He stated that there would be an obvious deformity if this was the case. Even though I have had a severely torn ligament and the only obvious deformity was that my ankle was swollen. Anyway, it turned out my arm was broken in 3 places and I also had severely torn ligaments. My wrist required 4 surgeries which I did not have here. I wouldn't ever go back here again. The doctors don't listen to their patients and don't care.

Worse hospital, staff was completely rude and when I told them I didn’t have insurance card they said well u need it and I’m not originally from Ohio. The Dr. was great though and somewhat nice but hospital needs more friendlier staff before I recommend them

The ER nurses were all so nice, caring and great communicators. The surgery team did an excellent job, and my floor staff took great care of me as well. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of my room and floor. Overall great experience for a bad situation. My sincere appreciation.
