New Start

The nurses are fantastic while you're in there. I loved my surgeon before and after surgery- he is amazing! But the doctors that make follow-up rounds can be jerks if they are not your original doctors because they have zero bedside manner. Housekeeping is friendly when they enter your room to tidy things up. But God forbid you leave ANYTHING behind when you're discharged because they throw EVERYTHING away immediately no matter what it is. And the staff will hang up on you when you ask for an explanation as to where your belongings go when they get trashed. That policy sucks! I realized just hours after I was discharged that I left my phone charger at the hospital. Their response was, "It's in the trash 'click'." That it horrible customer service in so many. That charger cost me $80 from Verizon. You have officially painted a negative image in my mind of your hospital staff. With exception to: DEE DEE, ALEX, LORENA These nurses worked hard to keep me comfortable in every way possible. They deserve top recognition.

The people there went the extra mile to make me feel better and they all were nice to my family and were very explanatory about what was happening and what was going to happen. Betty was my first Rn after the surgery and she really went the extra mile and then some to help me feel better she was always so nice and polite no matter what I was really impressed with her but everyone was really great

Area I was in was for Women Imaging. Staff in this area were helpful, took time to explain everything and why even though this is a yearly exam. Waiting area has different areas to await results that make it more comfortable for patient. The only draw back is parking for the imaging center is hard to find and for some with physical or health issues it is walk to make even thos cart transportation is available, can't always ride because no space to sit or not in the area to get a ride to the front of building or back to your car.
