I was supposed to have my surgery at a surgery center but there was a mess up (?) so was switched to Oak Hill at the last minute. That day, the front office and nurse contacted me as promised. They were professional and personable. The next day I arrived at 5:30am and everyone with whom I came in contact were also professional and personable. Everyone was attentive, skilled and knowledgeable. Because I had some issues during recovery, I required additional attention and I certainly received it! I wish I could recall my nurses’ names as I would thank them personally. I am very thankful that I was cared for at Oak Hill.

Terrible experience all the way around if someone says that they're not willing to let their loved one be an organ donor I don't think repeated people should come in and ask three different times three different people ridiculous his children were already going through enough its the last thing they needed to deal with the other thing they didn't have doctors on staff they had to wait two days just to get an EEG to see if there is any brain activity there were nobody on staff or on call which I didn't at the time and still don't understand they also did not change his gastric bags so needless to say the room did not smell that Pleasant quality is better than quantity so once you're able to take care of the patients that they have already maybe then expand as of right now they don't need to expend they need to take the time to make sure all their patients have the care that is needed

I encountered no problem(s) during my visit. Loved signing myself in on the laptop(ish)screen. Much better than using my finger as a signature. Thanks for the new procedure.

I had a very positive experience from being admitted to getting discharged. Everyone was courteous and empathetic. I feel I had the best care possible. My thanks to my doctors, nurses, nurses assistances, the whole staff that helped me get well.

I received prompt care. Everything moved at a very fast pace. The RN who stayed with me until her shift ended was very efficient and nice. The only negative was the trouble they had putting I an IV. I am still black and blue from that. But if that's the worse I can deal with it.😁 I really have no complaints. Thank you...Dawn
