This was the worst ER ever! I have had to wait seven hours at other ER's but at least I got decent care from them. I went in because I crashed my bike and told them I was concerned about an injury in my knee I've had before and they completely ignored it. I didn't even get to talk to a doctor about what was wrong! The only thing they did was some lady had me open and close my hand. Then I mentioned that my IT band is injured and she said that she has the same issue and I'll have to deal with it. The only thing that happened was they took and x-ray of my hand and knee because I fell on them. Which I never got to see. Then some lady told me I had no broken bones. That's not even what I went in there for! I was worried I hurt my knee and wrist, not broke a bone. Then they said I was good to go. I had to sit in a chair for an hour and a half! There were just ten chairs in a line against the wall. I also heard and watched everything that other patients were going through. I watched as they threw away blood in a regular trashcan because they didn't know what it was for. I had no privacy and no nurses would talk to me. What a horrible experience. My hand is swollen but they said it is fine?! Here's a picture to show you. I'll probably end up getting a huge bill in the mail. They wouldn't even tell me if my insurance covered it or not. They also asked me for my social security number multiple times and didn't have an explanation for it either. Update: The day after my visit I'm in worse pain than before I went in. They obviously didn't help and I'm very disappointed. I typically don't write reviews but this experience was terrible.

The WORST HOSPITAL!!! I brought my 10 year old daughter because of weakness and dizziness. The doctor orders some blood work, not even a complete one just a flu and a strep test. They wanted to let us go saying that everything was good. The doctor wanted to put like she was faking because she didn’t want to stay at school. Like really!?!? She almost fainted in front of her teacher, come on!!!!! After I got angry then they proceed to do a complete blood work to see what had happened! I’m not the doctor but people don’t faint for no apparent reason! Doctors here don’t care!!! And they should be better with children!

These people have NO idea what they are doing. One nurse has no clue what any of the other nurses are doing. They will inject you with something then 30min later another will ask you if you know what the last nurse injected you with like you're supposed to keep track of that because it's not on your chart. Or send someone home only to readmit them 5 hrs later with kidney failure. They don't check that stuff before you leave? DON'T BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. Please

I went in with kidney stones and my RNS were awesome. Don and Chantel made me feel better they are the best. Thanks!
