feedback about Oklahoma Spine Hospital
As a patient in an inpatient setting, I can only describe my experience at the Spine Hospital as amazing. All staff from physicians to housekeeping were comforting and showed the utmost respect and genuine care. I am so grateful that we have such a place in Oklahoma City. Thanks to all involved in my surgery and recovery.
My husband been in here 2 times1st time it was amazing all nurses were great and helpful. This time not so much my husband asked for dressing change and pain meds over hour ago and still nothing called nurses desk 2 times still nothing his nurse he had yesterday was fabulous today has sucked all around rude and dont care. And PARKING SUCKS NO SPOTS HAD PARK ACROSS STREET NOT COOL!!!
I want to thank everyone for the professional care they provided me during my stay. The nurses and staff were wonderful and made sure I was comfortable. They couldn't have done a better job. Thank you Dr. Robert Remondino for your surgical expertise and your wonderful bed side manner. God bless you all.
We spent a few days here recently with a family member who was having some extensive work done on his back. The entirety of the staff is extremely well trained. Everyone is professional & courteous without crossing over into butt kissing. All the patient rooms are large, comfortable, and have a number of amenities targeted at those who spend the night with their loved ones. It's all well thought out. The place is physician owned so all the personal touches make sense. It's clearly not some mega corporation running things. There is a tiny cafeteria on-site but don't be fooled by it's size. They have a quality salad bar & are always serving a few different hot dishes, soups, etc. The food is actually quite cheap and they even give family members vouchers to eat free. If I had a minor criticism it would be the decor. The entire place is decked out like the lobby of a Hampton Inn. I'm sure this is done intentionally to give a cozy & comfy feeling of "home". I personally thought it was ugly. Comfortable? Yes. Attractive? No. Aside from some questionable design choices this is a top-notch facility.
The staff and Dr's are truly the most kindest professional people. Each hospital room is designed as an upscale hotel room keeping fear and anxiety at bay. I never felt alone. God bless this group of professional staff.
