feedback about Oklahoma State University Medical Center
Brought my son in because of weakness and dizziness, the drs and staff immediately recognized how sick he was and got him admitted and transferred to Francis Peds very quickly. Hopefully will not have to use them again but if there ever is another emergency I will go back to OSU medical center.
Er was fast but buddy was put in hospital and the team don't act like they know what there doing I wouldnt suggest being put in there hospital
The VA Medical Center in Muskogee, transferred me to OSU MedicalCenter for further tests. When I arrived there, I saw everyone smiling and was greeted with a Hello, let us help you, A room was already waiting for me, They all could not do enough for me, I was very impressed with the service and care that I received, the Doctors and Nurses were professional and even made me smile. Thank you MS. Patel, I could not sleep one night, she talked with me and made me laugh, I felt so much better. Hopefully I won't have to go into the Hospital again, but if I do, I will not argue if they want to send me to OSU Medical Center. Thank you
They are taking good care of my daddy.
Worst hospital I have ever been to. Rude nurses, never see the same doctor, don't care about their patients. They don't listen to their patients. They almost killed my family member three times while he was at a hospital stay there for kidney failure. He has many other health problems and they refused to listen to him. He's lived with all his health problems his whole life and knows how to manage them better than know it all nurses. He collapsed in the hallway after they forced him to walk after he had told them he wasn't ready. They bottomed out his blood sugar (he has diabetes) because they refused to listen to him when he needed to eat/drink and when he needed his insulin. They sent him home when he was still in kidney failure and he collapsed the next day and had to be picked up by an ambulance.
This hospital only cares about money and not it's patients-if you don't have very good health insurance they want you in and out and don't care if they send you home without your health problems being fixed or stabilized.
A different family member went here for prenatal care and she never saw the same doctor one time. Each different doctor she saw was clueless and awful so she switched hospitals. Gave 1 star because there isn't an option for any less.
No one in my family will ever go to this hospital again.
