10/10 absolutely amazing pediatric ER unit. I brought my son in for breathing issues due to RSV. I was brought into a room within minutes of arrival and had 2 doctor's tending to my son. The doctors were very thorough and had him comfortable and evaluated in under 10 minutes of our arrival. They gave him a breathing treatment and sent us home with clear instructions and a truly improved breathing level. All in under 1 hour. Great staff!! Never been so impressed or confident in a hospitals ER. Highly recommend for Children!!

My first time in ER and very impressive. Was taken care in a quick and friendly manner. Made easy through all the process of check in, the CT Scan, blood tests and application of the medications. Inclusive, got a discount for paying the same day. Keep up the good work.

This is the worst hospital I have ever been to. Slow and disconnected help from nurses. And the overall cleanliness of the ER was a 0 out of 10. Waiting rooms were gross you have sick people sitting in a room with dust in every corner food crumbs on the floor and chairs just disgusting. Behind where we are seen snot and buggers plastered on walls. I have been in hospital tents in the military with dirt floors that took more pride in the cleanliness than this place. The must hand out nursing degrees in Florida for just showing up to class. Never again will I step foot in this place. Clean your damn hospital have some pride in your facility. You shouldn't feel scared about what your level of care will be when you walk into a hospital. Clean house and clean your damn hospital nasty dirty place go to another hospital if you are reading this.

My son was hospitalized yesterday , January 30th, at the Osceola Regional location Kissimmee at 700 W. Oak St. We had a nurse, Helena, in the pediatrics wing that was simply amazing. She was very helpful with my son and went out of her way to make him comfortable in the hospital. She connected with him and helped raise his spirits and his mood in the midst of his pain. You're in good hands at this hospital. Especially if you happen to be in the pediatrics wing and are lucky enough to have Helena as your nurse!

This is absolutely the WORST hospital. I can relate to every negative comments here. The entire staff are unprofessional, lack communication and just everything disappointing, I could go on and on but it’s useless because it will not change anything. They talk with each other as if they are on a causal group gathering while patients are laying there suffering. I am currently writing this review as I sit in the ER hallway for over 7 hours and counting, sick myself with my mother for hours who came in for good enough reasons - I mean, really! who wants to be sitting in an ER emotionally and physically drained if it’s not for good enough reasons? Myself and my family have been to this hospital before and it’s always the same, completely disappointing and disgusting. The only reason for that is because during the hectic moments of calling 911 and not knowing what to do but get to a hospital ASAP and it’s closet to home. I pray my mom get through this and I will make it an absolute MUST that nobody I’m related to or know ever comes here again. It’s actually more painful being here than being at home suffering. Emotionally, mentally and physically exhausting - OSCEOLA REGIONAL HOSPITAL!! I wish not to receive a reply as it makes no difference and that would just be adding insult to injury at this pointing time!! Thank you!
