Next time will drive the distance to a more efficient facility. No changes will ever be made either, when you have a patient care specialist going room to room, asking you to rate your quality of service in the first small portion of your visit. Wait until AFTER I've been sitting forever waiting for no solutions, listening to an "Alissa" talk very loudly and condescendingly about an elderly patient in the room next to me...from the "nurse's station"...just because he's hard of hearing doesn't mean I can't hear you!! Unacceptable! You can do better people! Compassion and empathy can't be learned, but obviously is lacking in this establishment.

I went because I fell and hit my head on ice I started throwing up and going numb I had a 1 min CT SCAN which the doctor said was normal I new this was a lie because I have tubes in my head from a stroke and brain aneurysm in the best the Dr.Khan told me “take Benadryl or opioid or go home” didn’t seem concerned about my previous history at all went to my doctor today and I have to see a neurologist I have swelling in the brain I’ll never waste my time at this hospital again OAN: the Nurses were Really Good Liz and Mindy I appreciate the help but get a doctor that for one can read a CT SCAN and not force pain drugs on one

Not worth the Excessive charges. Went to Urgent Care for an ear infection. Spent 4 hours waiting to see the doctor. Then was charged $500.00. $207 for sitting there and $293 for seeing the doctor for 10 minutes. What a rip off. Healthcare is outrageous anyway, but when you charge ME $207 for WAITING!!!!! Update 8.3.18 - sent the email as requested by the owners response. Their response to that email was to send me a statement that just reconfirmed that they believe in double billing at excessive rates. Do not recommend going here unless your only other choice is death, just make sure you can afford TWICE the going rate.
