Palmdale Regional Medical Center

Was very fast and everyone was so kind and friendly. It was the fastest I have ever been in a we room in my whole life. That's saying a lot I will be 60 years young in two weeks Thank you so much all of your staff.

Dr. Odono did the surgery for my knee replacement. He and the staff at Palmdale Regional Medical were very professional and knowledgeable. They all worked as a team to make sure that my needs were met. I was totally confident with the staff and the way they made me feel. This was my first knee replacement surgery so I totally didn’t know what to expect. I can honestly say that my story to tell will be a good news story. And by the way, the Palmdale Regional Hospital is a state of the art facility.

The staff is very polite BUT I’m currently in the ER with my mother that has leukemia and was sent to the ER after a doctor’s appointment because she could possibly have pneumonia. We’ve been here since before 1:30pm it’s now 3:47pm. When I asked how much longer it’ll be I was told they couldn’t tell me how long but that they know my mother is a critical patient. What?! This is how they treat a patient that’s critical! I can’t take her any other place now since we’ve already waited this long and God knows how long we’d have to wait at the AV Hospital.

Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. I had been the previously and was remembered by a few staff members. The doctors and nurses do their best to help you feel comfortable with any procedure you're having. I would recommend this medical center to anyone. I was there with abdomen pain and the ER staff made everything go very smooth. Within an hour of arriving I was inside getting a CT Scan and in a bed. Doctor came back and advised me it was my appendix. He called the surgeon and had surgery the following day. I was admitted pending surgery and placed in a room where I was welcomed by a very nice, pleasant, courteous, friendly, professional nursing staff. They made me feel welcomed. Everyone at the hospital was very kind to me and my family. I will be honest, when I arrived and read the reviews about people waiting for 14-15 hours at the ER, I was very scared and wanted to leave. I noticed why people where there and I witnessed how they take in people based on emergency life threatening needs. Trust me, I know when we are sick of anything, even the flue, we want to be seen right away but reality is different and I came to see that on that night. I mainly go to Urgent Care because they see you right away for any medical needs but ER works different. Any how, I was very happy with the service and would not hesitate going there for any emergency. Alex
