This was a very well run hospital! Excellent timing, doctors, nursing staff, orderlies, and even the kitchen staff. Thank you for being the when I was in need!

The ED staff are the most kind and caring people I’ve met, they have spark that makes your experience top of the line. Everyone in the hospital is like a family and working with them has been an incredible experience ❤️

I was sent by my doctor to get blood drawn because my Iron levels are so high I'm in danger of my blood clotting and worst case scenario, dying I would imagine. I went to the Red Cross and they denied taking my blood, the Iron levels are so high they can't use it because of the danger of it clotting. So, I go to the ER today and they told me they were too busy to do it today. There was not one person waiting to be seen. I even asked the nurse that walked me back if it would be a long wait because it's the ER, she laughed saying it's Park City and they aren't usually very busy. We both walked in to the ER vacant waiting room and she looked at me and said, see. I wonder if I came in with a stroke because of a blood clot they would suddenly be less busy. For a hospital that sees people from all over the world, I'm very disappointed. I could have never guessed I would ever be turned down by an emergency room, especially for a procedure I'm told takes less then 10 minutes. As a side note, they were nice when turning me away and lying to me about how busy they were. Also, because of my line of work I spend a lot of time in ER's, so I know what a busy one looks like, this wasn't one.

An acute pancreatitis attack brought me to PC ER last month. It was such a positive experience, considering the pain I was in. I was admitted quickly and the staff managed my pain before starting any testing. I literally thought I ws dying. Dr. Smith has an indescribably comforting bedside manner. He handled my physical and fearful mental state with confidence and compassion. He promised me he would manage my pain, figure out what was wrong, and do what they needed to fix it. I feel so lucky to have been treated him and his staff in this scary painful moment! I have been back since to consult with Becky, the nutritionist. This place felt like a spa! Everyone was so nice. Becky talked me through my new diet and explained not only what I should and shouldn't be eating, but why. That understanding has made it much easier to follow the strict plan. I also appreciated that she had read though all my medical records prior to my arrival. Park City Hospital is a beautiful and peaceful facility. From the moment you walk in the door until you leave. I personally will be using them for all my medical care from this point forward, despite a much further drive.

I was very impressed with the quality of care my son received while in intensive care. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to care for the entire family.
