Horrible. The things your worst nightmares are made of. If You want to spend months and years getting double billed and paying for things that didnt happen and then turned in to collections here's your hospital. Constant lies. No responsibility for wrong actions. And the bills will just keep coming. Misdiagnosis and lack of care. 3rd world is a step above this hell. From care to billing. Dont wast your time. Go somewhere else. Never will I or my family return to this hell.

The staff in er was very professional The staff to get copies of my medical records, the director, CEO, Admitting, never never answer their phone messages , have been calling for 4 days to get copies and they never st work and never answer their phones. Horrible. I will never never go back to that place. I will go to Groesbeck before I go there.
