My son was in your er yesterday. Your nurse who drew his blood automatically labeled him a junkie. She even called someone and said he denied it. Who can I call to make a formal complaint. What gave her the right to assume anything. My family has used this hospital for over 20 years and never a problem till yesterday. I'm sooo upset what she did. She had no right

I’ve had good and bad experiences with Peace Health depending on the specialty group. When having routine tests done I’ve found their services and staff to be efficient, competent and kind. I am very impressed with Peace Health Eye Care Group and have been a patient for a few years.

While the actual procedure that took place went fine, my issue is with the check-in staff. My husband and I checked in at 8am this morning to the Diagnostic Imaging area and an older female worker checked us in. Four hours later no one in the area (no nurses or doctors) stopped by to check with us what was going on (we sat in the same chairs during this whole time). It wasn't till we had to leave for lunch for diabetic reasons that we checked with the other check-in person and realized we were never checked in for a CT scan that was considered an emergency. While I admit we could have checked back earlier, it should not be up to patients to see if they have been checked in for an emergency scan properly. What should have taken 30 minutes took over four hours to complete and an entire work day wasted. This lack of accountability is unacceptable and something should be done so that this does not happen again.

I had a total hysterectomy here after being diagnosed with an orange-sized fibroid early in the year and other treatment options weren't successful. On surgery day, I met with my surgeon, anesthesiologist, and the rest of the surgical staff- all were kind and willing to let me ask questions and discuss any concerns I had before being put to sleep. I had an overnight stay and all my nurses and CNA, and other providers have been wonderful to me. I never felt rushed or ignored by anyone here, or that any staff were cold or inappropriate. I felt professionally cared for and treated like a person throughout my stay.

Waited 4 hours for stitches and still waiting. Might as well go home at this point. Hire more people if you’re short stuffed!!! I can’t even yell at anyone here cause it’s not their fault their management is trash.
