My daughter was treated well by the medical staff and er doctors. I especially appreciated the 2 male nurses who were caring and friendly. I thought the staff was great, even the security officers were helpful and friendly ( 2 African American gentleman). On a frightening day, the staff helped us through it; all I can say is thank you.
Grossly understaffed and unclean!!! There are not enough doctors to cover the ER patient load. After waiting for 3 hours with extremely high blood pressure, nausea, left arm, neck and back pain, my husband was finally moved to a treatment room to wait an additional 30 minutes to see a doctor. The treatment room is appallingly filthy - grime, loose dirt, blood splatter and bits of plastic litter the floor. Dirt and dust bunnies on walls and ceiling. If you have heart attack or stroke symptoms, do not come here. They will not have enough staff to see you before it is too late.
I am at the ER here at the moment and the doctor walked in with a fkn attitude, didn’t even introduce himself. I was referred by my doctor to come get an MRI because i fell and my lower back hurts. The stupid doctor walks in asking me what was happening when I had already told 2 different people. I don’t know if they don’t read notes or what, but he was rude about my situation and making me seem like I am inventing my pain. If you don’t like your job quit. Stop making patients feel like they don’t deserve your damn service.
I had a good experience here. Man all the nurses and doctor were quick! And I had came in on a Saturday! Dr. Dirkx saw me in a quick timely manner and seemed really caring, all the nurses were quick to see me and were all really nice. Their ultrasounds are better at catching really early pregnancies than planned Parenthood. Were a few people in the lobby when I first checked in, lobby wasn't swamped but it wasn't super empty either, yet I was seen really soon. Even the receptionists were nice
Everything was great, they saved my life.
The only bad thing is one of the nurses. I hope that I never see her face again, she was very rude.
