Disappointed in the education a loved one received after a heart attack/stent placement and quick release from hospital. Education is key in preventing future health complications and I fail to see how being discharged less than 24 hrs after cardiac cath with newly diagnosed heart disease directly from ICU allows someone to be fully educated. However, very pleased with the staff. Nurses were educated and professional. I have heard that most are travelers but I don’t know if that’s true or not.

My care was professional, caring and attentive. The rest is up to me. I did appreciate their follow-up call the following day after discharge from the ICU. My primary also called to check in. Thank you everyone.

Had to go there for a "procedure". I have to say the experience I had with everyone there, from the front door greeter through the Nurses, Anesthesiologist and Physician was very cordial and friendly. They obviously enjoy working there and spread that to their patients. They are caring and at the same time willing to have a good time with you to help reduce stress when you walk / wheel through the doors. In my life I have had far too many surgeries and procedures but this facility ranks right up at the top of my experiences.

So I am very pleased with the care we received and the caring of everyone in the Peterson Regional Medical Center ER. The CT guy took a lot of time to make sure my teenager was comfortable, explained the procedure, and praised the hospital staff. The doctor, once we had the diagnosis, instead of running more tests and setting us up with a surgeon, said her white blood cells are good, she has no fever, you aren’t from here, would you like to go home and see your doctor. Yes I would! Having to check out and deal with the financial, the lady was patient, caring, and encouraging. This hospital was full of kind professionals and I am very grateful.

After my first appointment, which was an evaluation, the second appointment consisted of me watching the "therapist" look through a catalog of assisstive devices that could help with my therapy. That was it. Needless to say I didn't go back. Also triple check your insurance. They told me they took my insurance and come to find out they don't and stuck me with the bill! Horrible experience!
