Phelps County Regional Medical Center

Recently had to visit the ER. Had great service. Medical staff was very professional, companionate and on their game. Great asset to the community.

Phelps Health offers a variety of services to meet any of the communities needs. All the staff is amazing from healthcare professionals, food/dining, housekeeping services, etc are all wonderful and friendly. They also have many locations for Convenience as well as urgency. They are a great company to work for as well.

Phelps Health has provided a great service for our family over the years. Would highly recommend! No more need to go to St. Louis!

Billing department is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Every single time I call they are experience "higher than normal call volumes." It almost makes me think they don't have enough people to handle the calls. They say that you can leave a message and receive a call up to 48 hours later. I have been trying to get an itemized copy of all of my family's medical bills, and was told they would be sent to me over 2 weeks ago via mail. Still have not recieved them and can NOT get them on the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.

Phelps Health is who we started using after moving here and have had nothing but problems with billing since. Bills are never sent to us I have to call for the balance and it has been a nightmare.
