The most incompetent staff I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. A simple drug test is taking over a week, and when I asked them for information they simply shrugged their shoulders. No one here is qualified for their jobs, and should all be fired. If you are injured or have a medical emergency, a literal toddler could do a better job patching you up than the jokes of nurses that work here. Need a drug test? Go to Dothan. Injured? Go to Dothan. Avoid this miserable excuse of a hospital at all costs.

I went here on a Sunday around noon, I had been hurting bad since Thursday but tried to work through it. I went in the hospital they had me pee in a cup, said there were traces of blood but they couldn’t do anything on a Sunday I needed to go to a dr on Monday, also tried to give me a script for some pain meds and sent me out the door still in tears! I only paid 100 to pee in a cup and be out in 15 mins! Waste of time and money!! They never even drew blood as soon as I mentioned I had endometriosis they said yep that’s it!! Go see an endometriosis dr!! Did I mention I was the only patient I seen there!!! I want to know what they are still doing open, wasting tax dollars and people’s pay checks. The dr and two nurses played on the phone and cut up with each other the whole little 15 to 20 mins I was there, it’s a shame!!!!!

Went to this hospital with a deep cut on my hand that needed stitches. The nurse and the doctor that took care of me were very kind and professional. They talked to me all the way through the procedure to make sure I was calm and relaxed.

Absolute CRAP hospital. I mentioned having anxiety, so they completely ruled out any respiratory diagnosis'. They asked me like three routine questions "Are you pregnant? Have you been coughing? What medicine are you allergic to?" Didn't ask me where my back or head hurt. Didn't take my temperature right the first time. And the lady that was typing up my information on the computer was a total jerk. When the "doctor" came in she suggested two medications that I had already told them wouldn't work and I just threw up all of the meds they suggested. They didn't check to see if I was pregnant or dehydrated either. Total waste of a facility. I highly recommend driving further to a hospital that actually gives a crap about their patients.

The most horrible experience I ever indured! I couldn't believe I was actually at a hospital!
