I brought my son in yesterday for a tick bite, the nursing staff was nice and attentive but the doctor could've been more polite. Over all satisfied with treatment except my sons discharge papers were not his they were for an elderly woman judging by the name and date of birth.

This place is a complete joke! The ER is fine. The conditions in the room are not good. My mother has been here since Monday night and let’s say I am not a happy camper. Her room has not been cleaned. Her sheets have not been changed. Here’s the kicker the bedside toilet has only been emptied and cleaned by me! They know she has went because they are with her. The floors are disgusting. There was a small bandage with blood on it on the floor since Monday evening. I had to pick it up. The day shift team never comes in to check on her, to see if she needs anything. I have to add this, it is terrible that the local doctors in this town will not come and work or do rounds. The doctors which I have yet to see, have to come from as far as Knoxville. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! This town can do better than this

I went in with 2 bones fractured in leg and ankle dislocated. The nurses and Dr Campbell were great but was told I needed to see an orthopedic surgeon for surgery. I called from 9:00 am to Oak Ridge and they called me back at noon saying he couldn't see me til Wednesday. I called back to BSFMC and Ally said she would get back with me for pain relief, I finally called her back at 4:00 and doctor on duty said no pain meds, even tramadol or nonnarcotic. Thanks for waiting til 4:00 Ally when all offices are closed and I have no relief of pain til tomorrow. Yeah! Great hospital! I WONT be going back!
