Pocahontas Memorial Hospital

Super knowledgeable, professional and compassionate staff. We visited the ER for my daughter and the care they provided was world class. They even called us next day just to make sure. We feel super lucky to have such an awesome facility/staff nearby.

We have never had the kind of care we received at this institution. I applaud everyone working at the emergency room and thank them for the care. We visited this place because this was the closest ER near snowshoe. They instantly took us in and provided excellent care to one of my friend having dislocated shoulder.

Had to make an emergency visit during a recent ski weekend, and I can't say enough good things about the entire visit The ER was full, they were super busy, and everyone was still so friendly, professional, very engaged, and except for the fact we had to be there, a very wonderful experience. Excellent on every level. Thank you.

Had to make a visit here after one of our family members fell while mountain biking at Snowshoe. It was on a weekday during the summer & there was no wait at all. Everyone that helped us was super nice and caring. We were in and out under an hour. Aleisha in radiology was particularly helpful in making sure we had copies of xrays before we left.
