Spent over night there after a medical emergency. They were quick to get me in my room. A private room. Quickly got me squared away with a treatment plan. Medical tests started right away and I was discharged after all tests came back negative by the end of the afternoon. All the Doctors, nurses and technicians were friendly and respectful.
The hospital is clean and the food and service is good.

Absolutely terrible. Called them to make sure they took my insurance and they didn’t want to double check because they take “all insurance” and next thing I know I’m hit with a $710 bill. I called their customer service and immediately got an attitude from Veronica I think her name was. Very rude, would not recommend dealing with this hospital. Also besides that I was diagnosed with something I didn’t even have and they wrote me a prescription before even getting my lab results back just to get me out of there!

If I could give negative stars I would. I had surgery Wednesday October 31. While my surgeon and his staff are absolutely amazing and deserve unlimited stars the nursing staff on the 3rd floor deserve a law suit. The mistreatment, ignorance and awful treated are just a few things I endured. My dr signed discharge papers at 9am. I was never given attention or reply to my request for finishing discharge until after 830pm. I hope they enjoy the bill past 12 noon, my insurance was notified and is also filing a complaint. I am following up with a written complaint to the state of nh, nursing board and anywhere else. Maybe a letter to the editor in the paper! I was even told by a employee not to bother calling the patient advocate they will wait forever to respond if at all and they will not help you or do anything to remedy the situation. In fact the patient advocate has been known to share patients stories and make rude remarks to co workers.

Spent one night after having a cardiac cath. Everyone in the cath lab is amazing. Realky friendly and experienced nurses. Dr FanniSrour did the cath. He was so informative, and went above and beyond to diagnose me.
