My husband and I came in and they quickly took us back, got his vitals and tended to everything he needed. Administered medicine, got him blankets, water and whatever else he wanted. Everyone was very kind and patient. Very thankful for the Prague ER! Shawnee it would have taken way longer and not been nearly as friendly.

This hospital is barely an urgent care. They're not equipped for much more than a bandaid. You're better off going to St Anthony's in Shawnee.

Very concerned for a patient that has been home for 7 days and should have had home health ordered. Home on 9-13, not ordered until 9-19, Carey White Case manager states she was out sick and didn't know about it. There should be back up for this kind of thing, 62 yr old lady at home for 7 days with no support and just had hip surgery and is a cancer patient also. No wonder your hospital is about to go under.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! My daughter had a seizure they didn’t care what so ever about that come to find out it was a temporal seizure due to how fast her temp rose to 104. They didn’t minister her vitals even coming in for a seizure. They didn’t tell us everything that was wrong but then prescribed her amoxicillin for the flu and wrote on the paper she had an upper respiratory infection after saying her lungs were clear and there was nothing wrong. DONT GO THERE!
