Amazing staff in the Behavioral Health Services Phoenix Unit. The absolute best hospital staff I have ever worked with. I'll start with Stanley Okon MD. THE BEST PSYCHIATRIST I have ever dealt with....and I've seen at least a dozen. John, Kimberly, Kevin, Carissa (omg amazing!!!!) Calvin, Tess, Donna (Super nice!!!) Deena? Sorry forgot how to spell it.

Anyways. These people listed above are the most special people I've met in my entire life. Each and every one of these staff members saved my life. There is no way to properly show my appreciation!! I love you all so much! I'm planning on bringing a nice treat tomorrow during visitor hours.

Thank you so much again for literally saving my life.

My fiance of over one year is currently here and they are not giving me or her parents any information about her. She cannot make decisions for herself as she is obviously psychotic and the staff is very forceful about putting anyone into this ward without their permission. Im praying she gets out soon and hopefully they wont hurt or traumatize her anymore than lexian brothers (a ward theyre related to) already did due to complete negligence. If i could give this place 0 stars i would, its an absolute nightmare.

Waited 3 hours about a chest pain thats been hapening for more thatn a year, and the tell me that they couldnt find anything, i had to consult my doctor and talk to a specialist!!
How is a hospital full of doctors NOT going find the problem!
They take their time saying that the waiting room is full, when they barely have people. To be honest, I dont recommend, unless you want to wait hours so they wont do anything and send you home, be my guest.

I went to the emergency room at the request of my primary care doctor. My knee was swollen to twice normal size and my toes were turning black and blue. Extreme pressure and pain. My knee was injured previously and had been drained the day before by my orthopedic doctor.

After an hour and a half in the treatment room, the doctor came in and told me they didn't have the "proper equipment" to treat my knee. Yes that's correct - they couldn't treat me because they didn't have the equipment. THIS IS AN EMERGENCY ROOM!!! They sent me home without any treatment or relief. NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL IN AN EMERGENCY. They simply don't care!

Terrible. What’s the point of an emergency room if you’re waiting for three hours to be seen. Might as well shut this part of the hospital down. I came in because I felt like I was having a heart attack. Now if I was I would be dead by the time they saw me. DO NOT go to this hospital. Rush Copley is 15 min up he street and has EXCELLENT service. They don’t even deserve 1 star. 0 stars is what they need
