I would like to contact Adam Black, MD, Director of the Emergency Department, with a complaint and would like to receive comments about what happened on the day of my visit to the emergency room with my daughter who could not walk due to injury, which is why I arrived! I was forced to ask for help in an emergency room and was mildly concerned about the inaction and lazy behavior of the emergency room staff, we made registration and waited in the queue like everyone who wanted help and this wait was 25 minutes and I thought that the doctors were very busy important and emergency patients, we were invited for a primary inspection and told that we need to do X-Ray (and asked to return to the waiting room), we returned and waited over 45 minutes, maybe there was a turn! We were invited after 1 hour of waiting and were taken to the next waiting room and told to wait for the doctor, at that moment the door in this room was open and the entire staff of medical staff was engaged in their personal affairs, and everyone sat in their personal phones, I tried to fix this moment, but I was forbidden to use my phone! and we continued to wait more than one hour! after a long wait, an employee came to us and asked us to fill in a questionnaire with the address and phone numbers and we continued to wait .. 70% of the emergency rooms were free and the staff continued to sit on their phones (someone played games, someone corresponded with someone) in 30-50 minutes another girl came to us and asked what had happened (did not name her name and position) I asked you from the beginning who you were? What is your name? and why are you asking what happened? we already told what happened when they came where they assigned us X-Ray, now we are waiting for X-Ray. The reaction to my questions from (Laura E Riemma) her was aggressive, because before that I saw through the window as she sat in her phone all the time and kept a correspondence .. while we waited and I made a remark, after my remark she closed the window and the door so that I I have not seen what she does in the workplace! and did not pay attention to us! after a few hours at 8.45-8.55 we were called to X-Ray, this waiting story lasted until 9.49 in the evening, and arrived in the emergency room at 6.20 in the evening, it seems to me that this is not emergency help! more than 20 people do not fulfill their direct duties! Please answer where I can contact to get an explanation about this case.

The rehab center is not family friendly. There is no place for a family member to stay with the patient. Housekeeping services has recliner chairs to bring up upon request but hasn't showed up so far after several requests for 7 hours. Still nothing. So very disappointing!

I would give no stars! My 2 year old has been sick for over a week. She started getting sick March 1st and was just throwing up and over the weekend she was feeling better. Monday her fevers started & I took her to the Hospital Tuesday March 5th and they let me know if was just a bug she should get over it with in 3 days. Wednesday she was good. Thursday again with the fever gave her medicines Friday came and she was not looking good. I took her into the E.R and it was a busy Friday night (7pm)at the hospital. They took us in with in a hour. They ran test on my daughter and after spending 3 hours waiting for the results they tell me everything is fine. They couldn’t find anything on her. They gave me medicine and said to just continue giving it to her. Now Monday March 11tg I receive a phone call from the hospital saying they are following up if she is okay. I said yes. After an hour I receive another phone call from the hospital and they let me know that they got back the urine results and she has a urine infection! Really ? You guys let the weekend pass to let me know my 2 year old daughter has a urine infection? After 3 days? She’s suffering and you guys can give a dam about that! What kind of doctors/nurses Neglect to help/cure a 2 year old. Their needs to be a better system! Or better employees that actually care for the health of people children!!

2 friends of mine went for an opiate-detox.
1 had had OK experience as was started out w/20mg of methadone, given klonopin, nausea pills and sleep aids as need.
The 2nd,bc of low blood, was transferred to St.Mary's, got nothing tho told she would. And ended up leaving after 2nd day when they didn't end up treating her for detox or possible transfusion.
