Almost wonderful birthing experience here. Probably because I had a great doctor. The staff was wonderful until I was in the postpartum room. All of the doctors and nurses I saw in delivery were beyond great. I was moved to a very small room after birth with subpar nurses. If you have a doctor who delivers here it’s great otherwise I would recommend a hospital that actually keeps you in the same room.

The staff is beyond rude. I’m there for neurology and I get my online chart that states I clearly am having seizures. The Neurologiest’s aid called me 8 days (!!!!!) and after I had to call 6 times, and told me I was “normal”.” I’m having seizures. That isn’t normal. Registration staff for radiology are incredibly rude. I get you guys do this every day, but people have genuine concerns and issues. Be kind and be helpful. Isn’t that what you’re here for??

UPDATE: I got a call back from a supervisor, Wendy Scuola (sp?), who gave me the correct information, and I was able to pay my radiologist bill. I added a star to my review because Wendy resolved my issue. I had an ultrasound procedure here. Aside from a wait of several hours, the procedure itself was fine, and I have no complaints. But the billing is a nightmare. The test results are not read by a hospital employee, but by some third party that bills your insurance company directly. Do they tell you about this? Of course not! I found out when I saw the Explanation of Benefits from my insurance company. The hospital doesn't seem to have any idea who this third party is, and gave me a bunch of different names and phone numbers. I called each one to find out they knew nothing. Specialists in Medical Imaging SC, the company listed on the insurance company statement, also claims they have no information. So I'm stuck waiting, and hoping that a paper bill will arrive eventually.

I would like to contact Adam Black, MD, Director of the Emergency Department, with a complaint and would like to receive comments about what happened on the day of my visit to the emergency room with my daughter who could not walk due to injury, which is why I arrived! I was forced to ask for help in an emergency room and was mildly concerned about the inaction and lazy behavior of the emergency room staff, we made registration and waited in the queue like everyone who wanted help and this wait was 25 minutes and I thought that the doctors were very busy important and emergency patients, we were invited for a primary inspection and told that we need to do X-Ray (and asked to return to the waiting room), we returned and waited over 45 minutes, maybe there was a turn! We were invited after 1 hour of waiting and were taken to the next waiting room and told to wait for the doctor, at that moment the door in this room was open and the entire staff of medical staff was engaged in their personal affairs, and everyone sat in their personal phones, I tried to fix this moment, but I was forbidden to use my phone! and we continued to wait more than one hour! after a long wait, an employee came to us and asked us to fill in a questionnaire with the address and phone numbers and we continued to wait .. 70% of the emergency rooms were free and the staff continued to sit on their phones (someone played games, someone corresponded with someone) in 30-50 minutes another girl came to us and asked what had happened (did not name her name and position) I asked you from the beginning who you were? What is your name? and why are you asking what happened? we already told what happened when they came where they assigned us X-Ray, now we are waiting for X-Ray. The reaction to my questions from (Laura E Riemma) her was aggressive, because before that I saw through the window as she sat in her phone all the time and kept a correspondence .. while we waited and I made a remark, after my remark she closed the window and the door so that I I have not seen what she does in the workplace! and did not pay attention to us! after a few hours at 8.45-8.55 we were called to X-Ray, this waiting story lasted until 9.49 in the evening, and arrived in the emergency room at 6.20 in the evening, it seems to me that this is not emergency help! more than 20 people do not fulfill their direct duties! Please answer where I can contact to get an explanation about this case.

No start!! This hospital is by far the worst the lady who was doing the vitals was rude and today is 7-29-2019 we were here from 11:30pm- 3:30am the lady infront was rude as well!!! The nurse this day was a pregnant lady running around on her own wasn’t even able to check up on us! Everyone is just standing joking around when there is a waiting room full of ppl waiting to be seen. Such a horrible experience! The wait is such a long time we ended up leaving to go to another hospital. The dr also took for ever to come and even introduced himself.
