Took my boyfriend there Tuesday night to the ER for an anxiety attack issue he had. It was very busy due to flu season. The pretty small sized waiting room was packed. The unisex restroom was right there in the corner of it. Some people were using it to do their number #2 business then just walked out without the right minds of closing the door behind them and the smelly stench were spreading into the waiting room. That was disgusting! It should be placed better or behind another door? So that was just two issues that stopped me from giving more stars. We waited about 2 hours to be called. Once we were brought inside, the service given by the registration staff, lab tech; Jake and the nurse; Vanessa were fast & very professional. The ER doctor was diagnosing my bf and given him the test results and advises very professionally. We were happy & satisfied with the service. The waiting room should be expanded to a bigger space... that's all.

After walking out of horrible Henry Mayo Newhall on Thursday I had to return to an ER so Holy Cross was it. 2amish.. no wait, immediate treatment, test ran IV started on 2nd try not 10th like Henry Mayo.. Pain meds given without begging for them. Dr. Mendez was kind efficient and the nurses were quick, compassionate and checked on me every few minutes. I left at 7am still needing answers but need to see a GZi DR. People who wait till prime ER time because they wasn’t to sleep until they feel it’s time to go need to go when they are sick not when they feel like it’s day light so they can go. Crowded when I left, I wore a mask due to the rude sick flu type patients who don’t cover their mouths and touch and cough all over everything. Very happy with my experience and won’t step foot in Henry Mayo ever again even though I’ve lived in SCV for 31 years.

Best hospital EVER!! Was taken in from a injury and was the best experience I have ever had with any hospital/medical business. The staff especially the nurses where the best, even when I was in pain and difficult/moody they stayed so sweet and helpful and did everything they could to make me comfortable. Here's to doing it right Providence Holy Cross!!!

The staff was very professional, attentive, and friendly. The surgeon did a very clean operation on me the scar isn't ugly tho it is big I am not embarrassed to show it. The nurses there made me appreciate their profession and changed my point of view about them. I will forever be grateful to the surgeon for doing what he need to do to make sure I was safe.
