I am a patient of Dr Lisa Martin, she is very caring and takes time with me to answer my questions. The staff at PPIM is friendly and helpful. I couldn’t be more pleased with my care!

I went to ER last night for a stomach virus, all of the staff were wonderful!! They treated me like a person and not a number. All very personable and attentive. I am truly thankful for their help and treating me very kindly. The nurses, drs, lab people, radiology guy, reception, I hope I got them all. They gave me excellent care and answered my light very promptly as well.

If you ask me, this place shouldn't exist. In fact, I'm going to be real with you.. one of the biggest motivators for me to relocate to a new town is the lack of quality care for people with severe illnesses. Putnam County Hospital pisses me off THAT bad. They're awful, garbage, they can't do anything right.. I don't care if they saved your sister or aunt or whatever you tell me because every time I've personally been there something has to go terribly wrong due to someones mistake in some way shape or form that has me not getting test results after waiting weeks because someone decided they're just going to throw out my samples.. or maybe I'm left waiting hours because the receptionist told me the wrong time on the phone to arrive. It never ends with these people..

That's why when someone has a true emergency they get that person on a helicopter called LIFELINE and fly them out immediately. Because staying in Putnam County is going to do more harm than good because they're improperly equipped, unprepared, and they always think they're correct even if they're not.

I've been wasting my time with these idiots for years and I'm done. It's left me in worse shape than when I began.

The administration has failed to return my calls for 2 days in reference to what's happened.

If I could give out 0 stars I would. I went to prompt care at the hospital only to wait 4 hours to be seen. The dr came in asked questions and immediately stepped back out to grab a light to look at my ears and took about 10+ minutes to return back to my room... this place is a complete joke. I would have better care being seen by the VA in Indy than to wait forever here... I do not recommend this place.
