Putnam County Hospital

my family does a lot at Putnam county like labs, radiology and even seeing the psychologist. We love it here. The hospital is expanding but it still has the small town feeling. Everyone is so personal and really cares. I don't think I have ever had a bad experience here 🙂

I went to ER last night for a stomach virus, all of the staff were wonderful!! They treated me like a person and not a number. All very personable and attentive. I am truly thankful for their help and treating me very kindly. The nurses, drs, lab people, radiology guy, reception, I hope I got them all. They gave me excellent care and answered my light very promptly as well.

I am a patient of Dr Lisa Martin, she is very caring and takes time with me to answer my questions. The staff at PPIM is friendly and helpful. I couldn’t be more pleased with my care!

I personally can say that this hospital does care about their patients! The staff will take care of you as fast as they can while giving you excellent care! No one wants to visit the ER but I feel better knowing we have a wonderful ER staff waiting any time of day to take care of their visitors!

If I could give out 0 stars I would. I went to prompt care at the hospital only to wait 4 hours to be seen. The dr came in asked questions and immediately stepped back out to grab a light to look at my ears and took about 10+ minutes to return back to my room... this place is a complete joke. I would have better care being seen by the VA in Indy than to wait forever here... I do not recommend this place.
