The most horrible And conniving company to work for. Higher ups don’t care about the employees or what they get paid. They make promises then screw you in the end if you leave so you can better yourself. The pay is horrible and you can’t even afford health insurance from this company. Pretty sad when you have to get state insurance because you don’t make enough to even live. They also like to work you like a dog and expect one person to do three peoples job while paying the lowest wage they can. Wouldn’t recommend working here you’d be better off anywhere else and would make more. They want to be employer of choice but can’t even get their priorities straight and just like to make you feel like you don’t matter. Stay away and do not apply at this job if you value your sanity.

I have received care at RLMC along with both of my children and have had exceptional experiences. Every staff member from the registrars to the nurses to the providers make sure they address all your needs with care and compassion. When my daughter began having chronic ear infections Nancy Burmeister made sure to help me get it addressed with a specialist in a timely manner and Amber Biondich and Rio Silvernail helped me with a broken toe and went above and beyond to manage my care.

During a visit with my physician ( of about 15 years)we discuss, that we needed to set up a female baseline to use as a comparisons as I age. Per his advice I made a mammogram appointment, and a Pap smear appointment. The billing has been a complete mess and even though this was a preventative procedure it appears it’s going to cost me about $1500 with great insurance. The original cost was about $2200. 00 Because United healthcare is not receiving the records they need from the billing department at the clinic UHC is declining payments . The doctors do a great job and it’s unfortunate that my husband and I will most likely have to switch to Essentia clinic, but I refuse to pay these prices. Claims needed to be coded as preventative and I believe that starts at the level of the doctor. I would not recommend this clinic at this time.

Awful place, only go when I absolutely have to. Even then I have been lied to by nursing staff, information not given to pertaining to situation but weekend warrior opinions without fact base taken as gospel . Also have waited at least an hour with no contact waiting in ER/Urgent care the last time wasn't even given call light. And treatment given caused more irritation and pain post surgery.

NOT AN URGENT CARE They falsely advertise themselves as an urgent care to lure people in. Provide no information on price of care before hand! Falsely claimed you can apply for financial assistance! And then charge exorbitant emergency room prices! They are deliberately taking advantage of people in need. They should be ashamed of themselves as an organization and as individuals abetting in this crime. I do not know how the employees at RLMC can sleep at night knowing they are taking advantage of people by misleading them to think they are walking into an urgent care. If you have an infection or anything you would typically go to an urgent care for keep driving until you find a real place to seek medical attention.
