Er doctor was kind enough and entire visit wasn't all that long but just the visit fee alone was $320 and to put that wooden stick in my mouth and feel my throat to see if they could figure out what was wrong was $417?! Nothing more than that and charged that much? Never even came to a definitive conclusion on what ailed me. Ridiculous. Unless you're rich, I wouldn't go unless its life threatening. Even then, better have a fortune to give them.

-maternity ward only!
We had the absolute best experience welcoming our First baby thanks to our two nurses! Lacey & Chole made our birthing experience spectacular and they truly made a huge impact on us and our stay!! So thank you Lacey and Chole!!

We waited 2 1/2 hours. Our daughter was sick. Her regular doctor sent her to the ER possible appendicitis. Low grade fever. Nausea and pain. Thank goodness it wasn't. The staff did not want to be there. They did not clean their hands going in and out of the room. They were unorganized and unhelpful. Very displeased. Only went there because our daughter goes to school in Asheboro. If there is a next time...we will go to another ER. Very disappointed in the staff especially the nurse and Provider.

Steve, who works in the outpatient department, doing ECHOs, went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
My 91 year old mother was so very impressed with his professional and compassionate care.

They are absolutely awesome! They take great care of our patients. I have worked at major university, mid size military, and large scale private / nonprofit and these people really know how to take care of child and special needs patients. I actually had a surgery there several years ago and wouldn't hesitate to have one again. I have credentials at multiple facilities / hospitals and choose Randolph because they do the best job and keep our patients safe.
