My 15 year old daughter, who has never had blood drawn, was extremely nervous about having her blood drawn. Tonia in lab immediately picked up on her nervousness and started talking to her about make-up and YouTube make-up celebrities. Tonia knew exactly how to make my daughter relax and feel comfortable. Great Job, Tonia, figuring out how to start a conversation with my daughter and relieving her anxiety!

On 8-22-19, I had a mammogram done by Karen Leonard. She was friendly, explained all details of what was happening while using the 3D machine and answered all my questions. .I highly recommend her. She is very professional. Red Bud is lucky to have her.

I had my 3D mammogram with Karen today. She is just the best. She always makes me feel at ease with her jokes and smile. She is very efficient. As all of us girls know, we just want to be out of there as quickly as possible and she keeps things moving. As much as I dread having my yearly mammogram, Karen makes it as comfortable as such a thing can be.

Had my first 3D mammogram today. I wish I could remember my tech's name because she was amazing. She explained a little bit about how they work and how it benefits me. She was thorough and nice.

Just had my mammogram. Karen was wonderful!!!!! Like the new 3D machine too.
