I'm getting ready to be discharged from Regional hospital. I had to have a short procedure surgery. From the time I got there to the time of discharged everyone was super nice. I only had breakfast there and it was good. I want to give a special thanks to Dr.Delserra , his assistant and to all the nursing staff.

I took my neighbor Bill Streisel to the emergency room on Tuesday, and I just wanted to let you know how helpful Zack was while Bill was there. I am sure there are many good nurses there , but I want to thank Zack for being so helpful

Would be a zero, if that were at all possible. As if previous experiences were not enough at this hospital (not enough room here to elaborate), we were forced, once again, to go for my father's short-stay procedure. The short stay procedure nurses were incompetent, unprofessional and downright rude. They clearly failed to read his chart and made errors which could have (and may have) jeopardized his well being. They did not like being questioned and their attitudes clearly reflected that. At one point, one of the nurses actually began singing a song loudly enough for us to hear, which essentially mocked our concerns and what they apparently deemed as over-protective behavior. I truly feel horrible for those unfortunate enough to end up here and have no one to advocate in their behalf. The lack of competency and professionalism at this hospital leaves me wondering how they are still in business.

Went in for asthma on a Saturday morning. Everyone was nice until the PA Gavin came in. Gavin was rude and told me it wasn't an actual emergency. I requested to leave immediately after.
