Prompt service, beautiful & modern facilities, and amazingly delicious food while in-patient. The nurses & staff were very attentive, provided a great deal of patient education for me. In-room entertainment through video-on-demand helped very much with the seemingly endless hours during my stay. After-discharge instructions, and follow-up have also been much better than I could have imagined. I recommend this hospital very, very highly, and I've had a wonderful experience.

I was in ICU and my family a I were treated so well. The professionalism and genuine compassion there is stellar. If you must go to a hospital in this town make this your first and only stop.

I have delivered two babies at this hospital and cannot praise it enough. The facility is so nice and welcoming. The entire staff in the women’s unit is so caring, attentive and helpful. I especially want to applaud the Lactation consultants who are so devoted to helping mamas and babies breastfeed successfully. I would recommend this hospital to any mamas-to-be!

Update: The hospital followed up with me and helped me find a solution.

I had a mammogram because my Doctor found a lump. They sent in for a diagnostic mammogram. A few weeks later I was slapped with a bill for 100% because the hospital did not code the bill as diagnostic. I called 14 times before I got the correct person to help me. They recoded it and sent it back into my insurance with THE SAME WRONG CODES!!! Not going through this again.

Nurses are not good if you plan to deliver there with the exception to a few. They called a few days later to collect money but didn’t bother to see how I was doing after my stay. Billing is horrible to work with regarding setting up payments and overall customer service.
