Horrible experience at a recent ER visit. In the future, if ER services are needed, I would not return to this location. I would travel to another hospital to seek medical attention and hopefully find a MD that has the medical knowledge needed, has compassion & empathy for the patients he sees.

The OB department is wonderful (had 2 babies here) so I assumed the ER would be too. I will never ever go to this ER again. My poor 15 month old was so sick. Lethargic, dehydrated, completely not herself. But since her fever wasn’t sky high they wrote her off as a cold. The PA even asked if she was TEETHING. Are you kidding me?? They refused to do any blood testing or flu testing and only did a throat swab (granted, I’m glad she didn’t have strep). We waited 3.5 hours as well and then I finally asked to leave. Don’t go to this ER. Find a place that is helpful and believes you when you say something is very wrong with your child.

Girlfriend went in for sever abdominal pain and sent her home on antacids for stomach acid and ibuprofen for pain. Didn't get better so I brought her to paynesville emergency room and they told her she had a perforated appendix and drove her to st.cloud for surgery to get it removed so happy my gut told me to get a second opinion never going there again could of been a lot worse.

I will NEVER return to this ER or hospital for ANYTHING!!!! This place is the biggest joke ever they should just be shut down completely. If I had an option I would not even give them even one star!!
