Was inpatient a few months ago. The Nursing staff was Awesome! They never made me feel like I was bothering them. My Dr. however was quite condescending & rude. The kind of Dr that talks at you. Lastly, I would like to give Kitchen & their staff a HUGE 5 stars. My daughter was in there 3 years ago & the food was awful. Thankfully my experience was a million times better. 🙂

Love the patience with Dr. Gauthier. He's always helping me with any questions I have. However I agree with previous statements that while a patient in the hospital for a stay. The food does suck.

My father stayed here just over a year ago. He was very well taken care of in their ICU and then in his private room. The nurses and doctors were incredible. They explained every process and answered all our questions in easy to understand ways.

I brought my son here for an emergency through the emergency room. I spent over an hour with the front desk in the emergency room with my insurance cards. They took them and "made photocopies". I did not receive my card back. A few months later I got a bill for over $2000. I called my insurance and the wrong paperwork had been filed on the hospital's end. We are still trying to deal with it with the insurance company. The hospital does not contact them, apparently. This is not the first time I have had an issue, either. I broke my toe a few years ago and sat in the emergency room for six hours before anyone even came to see me.
