Rivendell Behavioral Health Services

This place is just a place they dump kids that need help. They drug the kids up and send them home after a week whether stable or not. Staff is inconvenient and very rude. I have had multiple experiences with this facility due to a child in my household and never once have I had a good experience. Why return? The rest of the places are farther away from my home and equally as bad. If you have people in your home that will be needing these type of services my best advice would be to move to a different state.

I am now 40 yrs and if it wasn't for this place when I went when I was 12 after my father passed. I would not be here today with 2 kids and a husband. I still remember being there very vividly. Like its was yesterday. The LEIs, etc., This place saved me.

I went here for depression, self harm, and S.I, it actually helped me for the most part, their food is better than most facilities, here you are not getting fake food, itś healthy but edible. Miss Mia, Mr Jonathen, and Mr. Antonio were a big help in my treatment along with the nurse kay. I recieved a lot of help and this place is actually better than pinnacle pointe.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONES HERE!!!!! This company is a JOKE. UNLESS YOU ARE MEDICAID expect to have the full bill paid for in 6 months regardless of making payments monthly and fighting the insurance to cover this facility. They will tell you one thing then express policy I’ve never heard of. There is no communication with staff and parents. I even had to locate and find and schedule my sons follow up care with no help. This company should be reported to the BBB Rivendell has no compassion for anyone having serious mental health issue and for the love ones trying to speak help for them. All Rivendell cares about is a $ NOT THE PATIENT AND FAMILY!

Wish i could this place zero stars. The staff is literally awful. They are all so rude and inconsiderate and are not there to help anyone. I’ve never came across people more rude than the people at the front desk. -family member of a patient.
