I took my son here on our vacation. He slipped on wet stairs to a waterslide and split his mouth open. We are not from here but I have to say this was the absolute best experience I have had in any hospital. We didnt wait long at all, staff is very friendly and the doctors worked together and had him cleaned up and stitched up in no time! They even let him take the blanket home to comfort him! Awesome job!

Currently on our third hospital stay for my 94 year old Dad. The entire staff is top notch, caring, patient, and kind. The ER docs are thorough and quick. The hospitalist docs are thorough and listen carefully, then explain everything very well. The nurses, PT therapists, dietitians, cleaning crew... everyone is really awesome. They make me comfortable enough to leave my Dad in their care overnight. Thank you Riverside for such great client and family service! Amy Smith

Had day surgery yesterday. Staff and doctors were excellent. Superb care. Everything extremely clean.

If you have a medical emergency, please don't go here, we called an ambulance for my mom and they took her here. They recorded her weight at 170 pounds when she is 130 if she just are a buffet and is soaking wet, and while going in for abdomen pains (which was a kidney stone misdiagnosed as scar tissue) they claimed it was chest pains. They completely missed the infection and simply treated her pain and vomiting. If we didn't have her transferred to another hospital (which they wanted $400 to transfer to another hospital) she would be dead right now. Please keep your family safe and avoid this hospital at all cost

They engage in balance billing, which is an extremely financially predatory practice that is illegal in most states. Im a young 22' year old college student that had to go for a strep throat test and was overcharged even after my insurance paid for everything minus the co pay fee. Do not come here, especially if you are young. They take advantage of you.
