I've had numerous ER visits and 1 major internal surgery. In all cases, the staff were great. They seemed to go out of their way to make me feel relaxed and welcome, even during the ER trips. Clinic and inpatient staff, both medical and support were very friendly and took the time to explain the procedures and expected outcomes. Great care, great facility.

Every time I've been there, the doctors know what they are doing, are courteous and kind, and treat you with respect. Especially the ER doctors. They are very quick and efficient at figuring out what's wrong and helping whatever it is.

Called in to schedule an appointment for a pre-screening drug test for work receptionist said no need for an appointment just come on down to the lab and let them know it's for work showed up to the lab and I have to argue with people why I'm here only in Aitkin. Don't help when i drive a half hour just to get here.

Go to crosby at all costs!!!
