Saginaw VA Medical Center

This is the 6th VA I’ve been to since I travel a lot, and it’s by-far the worst one I’ve been to. When it comes to appointments with radiology it’s about a two month wait and they may cancel your appointment a week before you’re due for services. Their neurologist shouldn’t be qualified and literally told me if I didn’t take meds for something she wasn’t going to see me.

Only 1 star because of how many veterans they leave on hold and don't answer so they hang up and never get the proper service they disserve. You may have tons of new upgrades but it begins with how vets get the appointments in a timely fashion.. starting with not leaving vets on hold for as long as it takes for them to hang up.

This is the worst Va I ever been to. I went to Urgent care with some serious health concerns and the medical staff did nothing to resolve them. Then I went back that weekend stressing the same medical concerns and still nothing was done. I came with a high temp and had to ask for something to bring the fever down rather than them taking care of it because it is the right thing to do. If you need immediate attention this is not the place. Seems as though it only works best with scheduled appointments but if it is really urgent you are in trouble.

My husband and I are here on a routine basis. Everyone is always so friendly and caring, and employees thank my husband for his service. They always take good care of us.
