Saint Alphonsus Medical Center – Ontario

The ambulance drivers the police officers and all dr and nurses and other staff were absolutely wonderful to my husband.We are not from here and can say if I could give 1000 stars I would..Thank you for your services..

2 weeks ago after seeing a Dr. Three days earlier ,I was in dire pain foot was swollen , I had a fever , I was admitted to ER , I had great medical service from the moment I entered , the medical staff did what was necessary and were very professional , Thank You Dr Brease and Dr Foote , Dr Okeeke And Medical Staff , if not for the Fast medical attention , it could have fatal , I know I probably didn't spell names correctly Thank You again ,

I am so disappointed by one of the er nursing staff at night time. My mother was in a horrible car accident and my family and I did not know if she was ok. We finally made it to the e.r to sit and wait, which I completely understand they need to make sure she is okay. Well one of the nurses older lady with short hair was completely rude and had no bed side manner. My sister brought her son out of bed and wrapped a huge blanket around him and we went back there without the blanket she kept making comments on his no clothes. I said the first time we did not know if my mom was okay and we were trying to go as fast as we could to see if she was okay. Than our whole family was aloud to go back to kiss my dear mom before she was life flighted to Boise! She said okay are all the kisses done come on. We had just stepped in. I completely understand hurrying up which we were doing, but her bedside manner and the way she went about it appalled me. I sure hope she doesn’t talk to patients like this. And when we asked what hospital she was being transferred to she was rude and said I don’t know! I will never ever go to this hospital again, and what’s sad is I have had both of my own daughters there and been there for emergency services the same goes to my family. I sure wouldn’t want this nurse left alone with me or my family member in our time of need with no compassion what so ever. I’m completely disgusted. I couldn’t be more greatful for the wonderful doctors who have tried to save my mothers life and the front staff who were so kind. I just don’t get the nurses attitudes when they tell you , you can come back and act like we are a nuisance. Like I said before completely understand being told to step out or leave but come on. Let’s act a little more professional.

Went in for an emergency that's life threatening just 20 days ago and I still have yet to be contacted about my condition.!
