I saw Dr. Phillip Wagner this afternoon and he was incredible! Very caring about me and my needs as was the nurse and staff. He explained everything to me and treated me with the utmost respect. We need more doctors like Dr. Wagner in this world! Thank you so much Dr. Wagner, St. Joseph's and staff!! I

Is there any way to give 0 stars? Nurse did not take my med list. Did not give me an allergy alert bracelet. Saw a PA, that was, at the least, scattered. Only talked and if he asked a question, he answered it himself. X-ray tech told me to hop in the wheelchair to take me to X-ray and walked away (mind you I have an ankle injury) then did nothing to help balance me to get onto X-ray table or back into the chair. This hospital only has curtains separating beds. I know every single detail of the woman next to me, can you say HIPPA? (They didn’t ask for her med list either) A nurse asst came to put a boot on my sprained ankle. I worked for foot and ankle specialist and knew she was putting it on wrong. I told her and she asked if I wanted to do it myself. Which I did. She went out of the curtain and shouted that she wasn’t coming back in with me. I have never seen such a clustered mess anywhere. It is a horrible ER and there is not one good thing I can say about it.

I am beyond outraged by the lack of professionalism given to my husband by a regional hospital. Was told to be there at 6am for surgery. No one at the front desk. Admission was still closed. 10 minutes later they opened the door. Send with directions to ICU waiting where again no one there to assist us. 20 minutes later someone shows up from outpatient surgery to take him back. His iv was put in the bend of his arm and had to be redone. He was scheduled to have a nerve block. Which he never got because the hospital didn't want to have someone there to do it. So they decided to give him a cocktail of drugs to numb the pain to come. Then the biggest fiasco insused. They failed to verify the correct paperwork was in his pre-admission file. Insisting they needed it to proceed. It took them 3 hours to correct their negligence. At which point they tell us they're taking another patient because they don't want to cause them any inconvenience!! I spoke up about the idea any inconvenience. And was told this other patients surgery would be 4 hours and they would try to take him next. Come to find out they called the 3rd patient to come in early....Needless to say they took him on back before my husband. This surgery took another 4 hrs. He had to be given a sedative at this point to calm him down. The anesthesiology machine broke down once the sedated the second patient and they hand bagged him till they could get a tech in to repair it....Finally at 7pm the had to readminister the so called pain cocktail. Which done nothing!!! And took him back for his 1 hr surgery. Finally they take him to a room. Because at this point they're actually concerned about his pain level and his heart. I have to say his pain control was not taken care of he sat there in tears all night in excruciating pain. His blood pressure through the roof and no more medicine was given for pain till 9am today. No food nothing. No bandage check..nothing. I am posting pictures of his bandages that clearly should have been addressed. No post OP directions was given to us...

Went to ER. Got outstanding customer service from the woman at the admitting window, X-ray tech, nurses and Dr. Leslie. Hope to feel better soon. TK

I waited over 2 hours after my appointment time and the doctor didn't show. The woman in the office didn't take my sign in until 35 minutes of me sitting there listening to them good. Very poor service .
