Had dizziness. Short of breath. Hot flashes. Etc still had to wait in the lobby a ridiculous amount of time. I was afraid that I was going to pass out and they wouldn't even notice. The front desk was to engaged in messing around with each other. I waited for a long time with no one in the lobby and hardly no one in the parking lot. Despite my symptoms and being on crutches for something unrelated they wanted me to stand there and answer multiple unnecessary questions at the front desk. Never go here if you are having a real emergency. This will be my first and last trip.

I've been to this hospital a few times between myself and my kids. Usually things are alright, pretty standard treatment for a hospital outside of a big city. But the other night is the last night I will ever go here unless I am absolutely dying and can't make it to another hospital. The doctor and the nurses complained about how bad their night was every time they came in my room, the doctor acted like he didn't have a clue what I was talking about when I was explaining I have a history of ovarian cysts, they let my blood sit around long enough to clot and had to come draw more. The tech that came to get me to do a CT was probably one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in a medical setting. I had told them about 4 times while I was there that I had an IUD and when the doctor finally decided to do a pelvic exam he asks me if I have an IUD. Even though I had just told him again about 5 minutes before. Then he decides to show it off to the nurse that was chaperoning. I'm just like really? And after everything he never came back to tell me what was wrong with me. They just gave me some nausea meds and sent me home. Turns out I was right that it was another cyst on my ovary. It ruptured this morning.

6+? hours in the ER. The admitting doctor is unavailable to do an admit. The ER doctor doesn't bother to tell you the lab results, even after me asking the staff several times. They had to take more blood because it clotted, yet on blood thinners. The non-patient chairs are horrible for this length of time. Still waiting. I could have driven to Detroit and gotten in quicker.

Went for X-ray was out within 20 minutes. Got results next day. Staff was super nice. Not sure what shift others are showing up at the hospital but I went around 3pm and everything was clean, friendly and prompt.

Doctors, nurses and other staff very friendly.
