Their billing is crazy and confusing. Their prices are way higher than other hospitals. My colonoscopy cost a fortune. If you have to make payments they send it to their collections so they can charge intrest. Even if you make payments faithfully. I will not go back to their hospital! I'm done paying them never to return.

I went to the emergency room because I have a big lump on the back of my leg along with bruising from the back of my knee up to my groin. I went to find out what was causing it ( I had not bumped it or fallen). I had an ultrasound to check for a blood clot. After the test, I was told I had a bruise (no kidding) but no clot. I was offered pain meds but nothing was done to find out what was causing the lump on the back of my leg. Now both Medicare and my private insurance company gets to pay twice to find out what the problem is. Don't waste your time going to Cushing Emergency room.

Terrible, God awful... I had a stuck up receptionist and nurse. These people should be ashamed of their business practices. Overall, late billing was problematic and their morale is treacherous. No one could confidently answer questions about prices or payments or billing. Glad they have to post prices online now.

After getting my medicine prescription for a skin and blood infection. The doctor I spoke with offered neosporin also. He knew that a bottle of neosporin was cheaper down the street (CVS or Walgreens) then buying through the insurance company and hospital... I told him "I'll get it myself, No thank you." so he withdrew the Neosporin and winced. What confidence!

Glad I saved hundreds of dollars. The Neosporin price would have been increased tenfold. But, why am I making the decisions? Privatized health practices are affecting doctors to make money more than help the health of their patients. Disgraceful, people and myself don't want doctors owned by corporations for markups and profit... Shame on you.

I had my son at this hospital. It was a great experience. With it being such a small hospital, it was a very intimate setting. The nurses were always available to help and very pleasant. The lactation consultants were very helpful. The only negative, was the food. The food options were very limited. If I have another baby, I would definitely consider returning to this facility.
