I have been using Saint Luke's Hospital and Medical Network Facility since I have acquired a pulmonary condition this year. I have had the need of the emergency room on a few frightening occasions when I felt I could suddenly no longer breathe. On some visits I was treated and released from the E-R. On my last visit to the E-R I was admitted to ICU, and latter my condition was adjusted to guarded, then again latter to general admission before being released. I have used the laboratory department, Imaging, and physical therapy within the Saint Luke's Health system.
All of the care, support, and services I have received were professional and well delivered. I feel that I have received the best care possible and all my medical needs were met in a caring way. I felt that all the staff, nurses, doctors, and technicians were professional, and respected my feelings, privacy, and my concern of my health. I found all to be caring and concerned for my comfort. I even found some to have very interesting, and some funny (when appropriate) personalities. Even a couple of the Doctors ! I have found that your organization may not be as quick as I would like at times, but, that is likely that others in need of care were ahead of me, or in worse, immediate need greater than mine at that time. I feel comfortable with the care and treatment I have received and also feel that I have received the most up-to-date modern treatment possible. I will continue to use the Saint Luke's Health System and Hospital as my health requires care and I appreciate all those involved with my care to give me the best treatment possible, and with a smile when they can. Thank You all - for all that you do.
