It's been a great place to work and to receive care. They have great providers! Samaritan employees are also patients so it's important to hire great providers for all members of our community. I'm proud to work at SPCH and to be a neighbor to many who visit the clinics.

I have worked here for 9 years. I’ve worked at many different hospitals in my career and this has by far been the best one. Leadership continues to improve patient safety and care and I’m proud to be a part of this team. There is a group of very talented and dedicated folks working here that take the best care of the community possible.

I went to the Emergency Room on at one of the busiest evenings staff had experienced. As I had chest pain which can be life threatening, I was treated immediately. Within less than 1/2 hour I had an EKG, blood draw and X-ray. Fortunately, my problem was not a heart attack. I am very impressed with the entire staff and facilities. Every staff member was caring and competent in my opinion!

This is the best hospital I have ever been to in my life. The emergency room dept was very friendly and prompt. They get you back very fast and they treat you like a human and not just a number.

I was recently treated at the ER for a broken ankle. I cannot begin to put into words how impressed I am with the entire staff! To start, I had very little wait time. I had a team of 4-5 doctors and nurses who were very professional, thorough, and comforting. They made sure I knew what was going on at all times. They made my comfort a priority (as much as they could considering it was bad break). I wish I could remember the doctor's name who regaled me with hilarious one-liner jokes, helping to keep my focus off the pain. Everyone worked together quickly and efficiently. My husband and I spoke of their exceptional care the entire drive home.
