The care received has always been great. However, if you have to be admitted, hope to be far away as possible from the nurse's station. They forget that patients need to rest They get to talking and laughing loudly. I wish they would keep the volume down.

Dr. Jones the obgyn treated me for my hysterectomy, I felt like I was a totally pain to him, like I was on a conveyor belt. Next...Next... Kinda hard to go back to a doctor for check ups when you know you're not wanted there. People on medicaid dont get treated like others with better insurance. I prob would have been treated better at the animal hospital. The Most of the hospital staff that care for in patients treat you like your a pain, I had a hysterectomy like i said and was out of there less than 24 hours. i couldn't stand being treated like i was. Still to this day after 6 weeks, not one phone call of how I am feeling. My father went in for a throat surgery and was treated the same, Like he was being sent down a conveyor belt. Very sad how health care is being treated now.

We had an incredible experience at this hospital. Can't say enough good about it.

I can’t say enough good about this hospital. My personal experience with them has always been positive and the quality of services has been excellent. This hospital saved my mom’s life more than once and she was always treated with the best of care. Sanpete County is extremely fortunate to have this hospital serving their communities.

Dr. Kryzmoski’s nurse is the worst. My husband has had to call several times to try get medicine that Dr. K prescribed to me through mail order so that our insurance would accept it. She basically told us that it wasn’t their responsibility to make my prescription mail order anymore because I recently moved. She obviously didn’t want to deal with it and kept suggesting we go make someone else do it so that they wouldn’t have to. Also, billing kept sending my surgery bills to the wrong insurance company and I was tossed around like a hot potato dozens of times trying to get them to resubmit it. One of the people we talked to told me that “the billing department doesn’t make mistakes like that.” After talking to several people, we were promised it would be resubmitted, but it wasn’t, so we had to keep calling them and get more promises that it would be resubmitted. Eventually, our insurance took matters into their own hands and kept calling them for us until it was taken care of. It took about 11 months for the bills to be sent to my insurance properly. If it weren’t for my insurance company, we would’ve had to file for bankruptcy. SAVE YOURSELF AN ULCER AND DON’T GO HERE.
