Santa Rosa Clinic is absolutely terrible. Here are some reasons why you should never go there:
•If you are looking for a quick visit, then don't come here because you will be sitting in your seat until you pass away from the illness/ sickness that you go in for.
•Waiting room hours vary from 1-3 hours to attend one patient.
•They don't accept most insurances and if you want to pay then you will have to spend at least $80 per visitation.
•The doctor doesn't thoroughly check or ask the right questions. He always seems like he's in a rush and doesn't properly give you the attention that you need. It's funny how he is always rushed because his waiting room could have one person and it would still be 2 hours later until that person gets attended. His rushed behavior also causes him to diagnose you poorly. You could have a common cold and it will take him about an hour to just badly diagnose you with another illness. He also told a lady that he would not attend her even after she waited for an hour in the waiting room. I have seen good doctors and this is not one of them. Possibly the worst I have ever seen.
• The receptionist seems heartless with the way that she treats patients/ customers and she also doesn't show proper customer service values.
•You will die if you go to this clinic. Due to the fact that everything that they do is so poorly done and the doctor is bad at attending and diagnosing patients.
