feedback about Scott &Amp; White Hospital- College Station
I have NEVER been treated with disrespect like this hospital did... nurses were very rude. Tend to another issue is the Rn who did my shots had gloves touched the trash cans and then rubbed his nose and then came and gave me two shots of steroids. And then the hospital sent me on my way till being in suvere pain and unable to breath oh and let me add they did no test on me. My daughter took me CHI St Joseph in college station... come to find out I had fluid in both my lungs I have pneumonia... so I recommend CHI ST Joseph I’ve this place... I would not take my dog to Scott and White
Family and I had one of the best ER visits on Saturday, October 6 around 11:30 a.m. Husband was taken in immediately, and was very well taken care of. Everyone involved in his care was friendly, kind, accommodating, empathetic, helpful, and even a bit humorous to lighten the situation. I also observed that every person who walked in with their emergency was immediately attended to by the receptionists, nurses, and even the security guard. I can attest that the same caring and concern carried on behind the scenes. The staff and facility were fantastic.
I have had ER visits, a surgery with an overnight stay, complex diagnostics, and I have had the very best of care. The hospital is clean, beautiful, everyone is professional and caring. No complaints at all. Thank you for caring for our community is such a professional manner.
The nurses and registration was awesome and I was in very quickly. The doctor/nurse asked my pain level and I stated a 10. I was never given anything for my earache and body ache. I was prescribed Tylenol/Ibuprofen over the counter medicine; which is what I stated I was taking and wasn’t working hence my reason for going into the ER. It was late and all he kept saying is go to a PCP which if it wasn’t 1am, I would’ve. All he said was since it wasn’t a life threatening emergency all he could give me was a Z-Pack and Ibuprofen. I was in an out in 10 minutes my ear ruptured and they didn’t do anything to help.
Telling a person to use the app to look at their test results and they are confused because they are not a Doctor is wrong. Then telling the same person they have to sign up to be a patient again in The ER just to get a Doctor to tell them about their test result is even more wrong. Then trying to send them somewhere else to get their test result look at and tell them they going have to pay money to get their test result look at somewhere else even more wrong. You me Hospital is treating everyone like numbers just money money money and it have to stop.
