feedback about Scripps Green Hospital
Great staff! My nurses especially; very friendly and helpful. Communication through the hospital is a little slow. I had to answer the same questions a lot. There is lots of space for guests in my room, an extra bed and a cot, three chairs and two bedside tables. Overall a pretty good hospital.
I read online these was a good hospital Unfortunate to my personal experience this is the worst hospital experience i ever had.
The nurse staff assign to me where so irresponsible and Unprofessional,
Things got so bad that i had to talk to a patient advocate
to get these nurses on report. i remember one oriental nurse dare to tell me ( Do Not Call Me ) how is that for quality medical care?
I wish someone from a higher management position will read these and contact me to explain everything in detail because when you had a major surgery and as a patient you need all the help you need .
But for me i will NEVER come back to these hospital if i can avoided and the same you should do but if there is no choice so now you know what to expect from these hospital.
They have treated my family for various maladies AND saved their lives. Scripps gave my father a 30% chance of surviving a surgery to repair an aortic aneurism. He passed last year, over 13 years after that surgery at the age of 95. My niece has Nephritic Lupus and is on the waiting list for a kidney transplant and without exception has been treated with the utmost care and concern through this process. It is evident from the quality of service that each of the over 13,000 employees at Scripps have the same goal. Amazing care!
Excellent staff, doctors and nurses and all supporting staff. This hospital is doing great things and research for cancer.
Worst hospital system in the area. Totally dated and unorganized. The doctors care more about their convenience verses the well being of the patients. Very very little consideration for the state of thei patients. I’m treated like my doctors secretary when I’m actually the one sick and hurting and just need to rest. The It’s digraceful.
