Do Not Work Here. Management is extremely hostile, manipulative, dishonest, and apathetic. Nursing management acts vindictively towards staff frequently at all levels of leadership. Since the tribe went sovereign the hospital lost more than half it's staff. Whats left is a more broken systems run by unprofessional people or those who are vastly under qualified for their station. It's not worth the drive for the pay. With the end reward of complete emotional and professional burn out.

It's okay for normal check up if nothing is wrong with you. They care for elders way more then teens and young adults. The emergency room is semi racists toward white people. They are very messy at drawing blood. I'm pretty sure I have blood clots waiting to kill me. The hospital has this idea that ibuprofen will solve everything. They try as little as possible cause there's probably no money to waste on people who been there constantly. They are setting us up for death.

The staff is great, very clean, they don't offer everything but always great service

Everyone is so very considerate and kind, always happy to see me. i love it!
