Share Medical Center

I see some bad reviews from probably people that can never be made happy. All in all. In my experience, it was great. My son had a dislocated shoulder. The nurse was very helpful as we joked and laughed. The doctor was the most awesome guy as well. I left saying that was the best place to go to get hurt. They didn’t get any billing information until my son was taken care of. We were however the only ones in the emergency room that day. I’ve gotten a couple bills from them and they are very reasonable so far. I wrote this because I missed the customer survey call. And wanted to share my small town emergency room visit. It was the way it should be. Thank you for making our otherwise unpleasurable experience of needing to go to the emergency room. A good one.

Dr Benjamin Hicks is extremely knowledgeable and professional. His attention to detail and keen intellect enable him to quickly and accurately assess any medical situation as well as determine the correct course of treatment. I would recommend him to anyone in Northwestern Oklahoma looking for an outstanding M.D.

Terrible service. My gf has a badly hurt foot and goes in there at 3 and they tell her they wont help her or even make her an appointment unless she pays. Even though it clearly says that college students can come in and be checked on for free. They are liars and terrible at service.

Wonderful people. Nurse Regina and Dr Lawrence were amazing and wonderful people.

I do not suggest Share Medical to any one. I have paid my bills that I owed to them, but they seem to have no record of it. I now have to deal with debt collectors and after a year of dealing with Share Medical's Business office they are very unhelpful about getting this flaw they made cleared up.
