The cardio rehab is top notch. The people running it really care about the patient. They take time with you to review your condition, answer questions, make sure you are progressing, and help you understand your condition and what you can do to improve your health. They are flexible with the scheduling and really want the patient to be successful. I’m so glad I went there for rehabilitation.

Was given wrong information by a nurse that there is no urgent care here but we were never informed of the walk in clinic, so we ended up in the ER. But for the type of situation we were in, it was difficult to determine whether we needed the ER or the walk-in clinic. The ER staff was amazing and compassionate and actually, quite light-hearted and funny. It was a completely different experience than I have ever experienced in any emergency room visit in Omaha.

This hospital is a joke. Doctors are horrible and won’t do their job. I’m sure they slept through their medical schooling because they’re performance as doctors is abysmal and atrocious. Hopefully those who see this review view this as warning to anyone who in their right mind will want to guard their health. Dr. King will see major health issues as minor health problems. He will ignore the problems and send patients on their way while they’re still in real need of medical attention. Patients would much rather travel to Red Oak hospital (or any other hospital for that matter) for real medical attention than this horrid circus freak show back alley medical practice facility. This hospital should get better doctors that actually know what they’re doing.

I visited my Grandpa, at this hospital between, 1986 & 1987. He was a resident from Burlington Junction, Mo. but was born in Iowa. They gave him good healthcare & good recommendations to the hospital in Omaha, Nebraska to an Oncologist. This hospital was a quiet & respectable hospital. It had nice employees & was clean within it. I am happy to see it has expanded & has been completely remodeled. That is progress in Iowa. Shenandoah, Iowa needed those changes.

Would not take my dog there. In my 70 yrs have not seen a worse place. Incompetent Drs. Recently moved to this area but will not be seen in that facility again. I will drive an hour to Missouri to be seen if I need a Dr.
