Shoals Hospital

I went to shoals ER and my experience was wonderful! I had a zero wait time! My nurse Pat Hood gave me excellent care and was extremely nice! Dr Melson was also amazing! I will always recommend and use Shoals Hospital!!

Made an unexpected visit for chest pain. I was impressed with the prompt attention along with the professional care I received from beginning to end. These services ranged from intake person -RN- Physician-x-Ray - CT. All of whom treated me with respect and concern. Thank fully my chest pain was. Ot cardiac related but I feel that the staff made every attempt to rule out any underlying concerns I could have about my condition.

Over the past year, I have had 5 family members at Shoals hospital. We have had experiences with the Emergency department, radiology, day surgery (and surgery), rehab and the 4th floor. I cannot say one negative thing. Not one. The nurses and the physicians were all so very kind and professional. We will always use this hospital first !!!

Had a great experience in ED with my Mom-Naomi Lynn!! She had to be transferred but everyone was wonderful!!!

I wouldn’t give this place any stars but I had to so I could post this.. Mom was taken by ambulance from work to shoals hospital the nurses or doctors did nothing to help her she was hollering out in pain when I walked in until we left they would not do anything out of their way to help her. Dr Powell was the worse of all he argued with my mom that nothing was wrong with her and didn’t even look at her charts this hospital needs to be shut down and all their license pulled because they will wait around and let you do before they lift a finger to help you.
