Sierra Surgery Hospital

They took wonderful care of my mom after her recent hip replacement surgery. I wasn’t able to be there for her surgery because I live out of state and they really put my mind at ease knowing she was getting great care. Thank you so much!

I will start by saying Dr. King did an excellent job surgically. However, his work was overshadowed by what I can only say must have been a lack of vigilance from Dr. John Anxo who was the anesthesiologist. My brother had an outpatient laparoscopic cholecystectomy during which he aspirated enough material to result in a life threatening aspiration pneumonia. This occurrence was not communicated to me despite my raising concerns about him appearing as if he aspirated. In one day my brothers right lung became infected with pneumonia requiring an ICU stay. Dr. Anxo would not return my calls in order for me to find out what happened during the surgery while my brother lay critically ill in the ICU. The lack of respect and concern for my brothers life is inadmissible.

Tonya, Gabe (RNs), Brenda (CNA) gave my husband WONDERFUL care during his recent 4 day stay after back surgery!! They were attentive, kind, professional all the while having great attitudes!! Also, his PT Rachel was outstanding!! The care at Sierra Surgery is always good!! Many thanks to everyone including the people who take the food orders and bring the meals!!
