Nurses are horrible, we were waiting in in the ER and a patient next to us was yelling and pain and asking for a nurse and not a single one came, I even went to go look for one so that I can let them know and all they said is “ok” like shrugging it off. They would come 5-10 minutes later to attend the patient just horrible. Another thing is that the website says that visiting hours start at 8am but when you get there they tell you that it’s actually 9am, they should really have someone update their visiting hours on they’re website. The doctor we got on the other hand was very polite and helpful, such a wonderful lady, that’s the only reason I gave them a 3 star rating.

"Thank you GOD-zillions" to SAPD emergency response in tandem South Coast Global Medical. The steroid to my butt that made my lip allergic swelling was burning but it is better than increasing swelling, loss of sensations, and mobility. The people who has BAD reviews obviously do not appreciate what you to 24 hrs!

It is neat. Staff are okay. Nurses are helpful but either with shortage or they are just cool.

security was yawning and looked like we were bothering him when we came up to check in. didn't let both my husband and i go visit a sick relative because its "policy" for my teenagers to stay in the waiting area with an 18 year old. like my teenagers will run around the waiting room like 5 year olds. didn't like the attitude that was given to us, And lastly he didn't even ask for i.d. when my husband signed in..

I’m not complaining about treatment. Hope whoever is in charge of staff looks and cares about reviews. Today, 7/22/19 from 3:10 PM till 3:40 ish maybe even longer, the staff at the front desk spent their ENTIRE time just gossiping about work. I was just waiting in the waiting room because they only allow two people at a time. This is the biggest building, not the small one that is labeled emergency. Anyways. Why on earth do I have to hear the lady complain that a co worker is ALWAYS asking for covers saying it’s an emergency every weekend to another co worker? Do they not have work to do around the hospital? This just looks so bad. Especially in a place so important. I’m sure there’s SOMETHING to do around here or a better way to use your idle time. You have people in waiting rooms having issues and hearing work drama doesn’t help or ensure the positive reinforcement that everyone here is being taken seriously. Staff should not be talking out loud about the most random gossip/drama for 30+ minutes. I’m 22. Y’all like 28+ years of age have some sense of professionalism.
